2-Day Return Policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it

Unworn, unused, with original tags

In its original packaging

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

A clear unboxing video is mandatory (see below)

To process any return, damage, or wrong item claim, you must provide a clear unboxing video that:

Shows the package before opening

Clearly displays the shipping label

Shows the entire unboxing process in one continuous video

Clearly shows the issue (damage / defect / wrong item)
β οΈ Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process return or refund requests.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions.
Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us within 2 days of delivery if:

A proper unboxing video is required to evaluate the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item:

Refunds
