2-Day Return Policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn, unused, with original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory (see below)

To process any return, damage, or wrong item claim, you must provide a clear unboxing video that:

  • Shows the package before opening

  • Clearly displays the shipping label

  • Shows the entire unboxing process in one continuous video

  • Clearly shows the issue (damage / defect / wrong item)

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process return or refund requests.


How to Start a Return

Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions.
Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us within 2 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

A proper unboxing video is required to evaluate the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products, hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different item:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order after return approval


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Banks may take additional time to process the refund
